MentorRINGS™ Registration

MentorRINGS™ utilizes a proven cohort learning model model. Each Ring is facilitated by a certified Mentor and Executive Coach, and delivers the best mentoring, career development, and leadership effectiveness, supporting participants to excel in their organizations and careers. 

Designed for high-potentials and key performers who are manager level and above, MentorRINGS™ helps participants build and strengthen their leadership capabilities and executive presence.

 MentorRINGS™ is a 6-Month program and includes 6 Webinar sessions, a LeaderView Assessment, 4 Triad sessions, and Individual Coaching. Each Cohort will be a maximum of 18 people from different companies who bring multi-functional and multi-industry experience into a mastermind-type setting. 

Who Should Attend: Mid-Level Leaders, manager level and above and individual contributors with at least 7 years of experience.
