A relationship-centered fundraising leader for a new chapter of growth

The Concilio is seeking a strategic Vice President of Development to lead fundraising strategy, expand philanthropic partnerships, and strengthen long-term sustainability.

This leader will oversee major gifts, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, foundation relations, fundraising strategy, development operations, and communications.

Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidate will bring senior nonprofit development leadership experience, a track record of securing major gifts, and the ability to build lasting philanthropic relationships across North Texas.

  • 10+ years of progressive nonprofit development leadership experience preferred
  • Proven success securing six- and seven-figure gifts
  • Experience leading fundraising strategy for a nonprofit organization
  • Strong corporate, foundation, and major donor relationship experience
  • Experience partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and boards
  • Ability to build, coach, and strengthen a development team
  • Familiarity with the North Texas philanthropic landscape strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
