Latino Leadership Initiative

According to the Pew Research Center, Hispanics will become 29% of the U.S. population by 2060.

Despite these changing demographics, Latinos are underrepresented nationally in executive level positions and on corporate boards, and often face slow upward mobility in organizations. SMU Cox School of Business' Executive Education department, along with ten founding corporate members, launched the SMU Cox Latino Leadership Initiative to aid companies in addressing these challenges.
