How fast can you start?

CMP has the resources and processes ready to support impacted candidates immediately. When brought in for the planning phases of a reduction-in-force, CMP provides templates, resources and advisement to help manage through an event.

Can you support multiple countries and time zones?

Yes — CMP supports transitions across 80+ countries. We have coaches across all major markets and a technology platform - the Career Victory Portal - that delivers support in over 50 languages.

How do you define landing rate?

"Landing Rate” is a key outcome measure of the success of CMP outplacement support. It measures the percentage of our candidates that successfully transition to their next career. Often this includes landing a new job but can also include career moves such as going back to college, starting a business, consulting, selection to Boards of Directors, or moving into a form of retirement.

CMP provides the greatest value across all program levels. Pricing for each program is determined by time with a CMP Coach, access to CMP AI tools and technology (Career Victory Portal), and the added services available at each progressive program level. For more information on program options see: (insert link). CMP will only invoice for individuals that chose to use their outplacement program. CMP is glad to discuss unique client needs and requirements, and adjust programs and pricing as needed.

What does Human Resources need to manage?

If there is an immediate outplacement need, CMP has a turnkey approach - within minutes a client organization can be set up to provide outplacement support to their impacted employees. CMP can also support Human Resources through the planning, implementation, and re-engagement phases of an event.

What are measurement and tracking capabilities?

CMP clients have access to the Career Victory Portal Administrator module which provides real-time updates across a number key metrics including candidate activity, milestone achievement, and landing rates.
