"Landing Rate” is a key outcome measure of the success of CMP outplacement support. It measures the percentage of our candidates that successfully transition to their next career. Often this includes landing a new job but can also include career moves such as going back to college, starting a business, consulting, selection to Boards of Directors, or moving into a form of retirement.
CMP provides the greatest value across all program levels. Pricing for each program is determined by time with a CMP Coach, access to CMP AI tools and technology (Career Victory Portal), and the added services available at each progressive program level.
