Give to Gain Summit • On Demand Access
Drawn from the Women’s Leadership Pulse Check 2026, this summit explores The Confidence to Lead Under Pressure through the lens of leadership self-efficacy—the executive capacity to perform when expectations are high and visibility is greater. This is not about confidence as image or inspiration. It is about the ability to make strong decisions, exercise sound judgment, set boundaries, communicate with authority, remain steady through adversity, and influence outcomes when leadership is being tested in real time.
As women move into more senior leadership roles, the context changes. Expectations grow. Scrutiny sharpens. Visibility increases. The pace accelerates. And often, the support does not keep up with the complexity of the role.
Many director-level and executive women are delivering results while navigating invisible pressure: overextension, second-guessing, heightened expectations, and the need to project steadiness in environments that are anything but steady.
This summit turns the Women’s Leadership Pulse Check 2026 into practical executive insight. It brings forward what is strengthening women’s leadership confidence, what is eroding it, and what it takes to lead with greater authority, sustainability, and influence under pressure.
This experience is designed for women leading at the director level and above, and for organizations committed to advancing women with substance, not symbolism.
A sharper, data-informed understanding of what is intensifying pressure for women leaders, what is weakening confidence, and what supports sustainable performance and advancement.
Practical insight into how leadership confidence shows up in real time—when speaking up, setting boundaries, making difficult decisions, recovering from setbacks, and leading with visible authority.
Actionable resources to help participants strengthen how they lead, including a self-scan, and practical language they can use in real situations.
At the center of this experience is a keynote from Anne Chow, former CEO of AT&T Business and author of Lead Bigger.
Her message aligns powerfully with this year’s summit theme: leadership at higher levels requires more than competence and hard work. It requires the capacity to expand how you lead—to think beyond execution alone and lead with greater range, influence, and intention.
Drawing from the principles behind Lead Bigger, Anne will challenge leaders to move beyond narrow definitions of confidence and consider what it means to lead at a broader, more strategic level: with courage, connection, character, and the willingness to shape outcomes that extend beyond your immediate role.
Through the lens of The Confidence to Lead Under Pressure, this keynote will explore what women leaders need when the stakes are high: the ability to make strong decisions, use their voice with clarity, set boundaries that protect long-term effectiveness, remain grounded through adversity, and influence across increasingly complex environments.
This summit is informed by CMP’s Women’s Leadership Pulse Check 2026—a view into what women leaders are navigating right now. The signals are already clear: women are not asking for more ambition. They are asking for the capabilities, conditions, and support required to sustain leadership at a higher level.
A high-impact virtual experience designed for immediate relevance and real application
This is not a passive webinar. It is a strategic, data-informed experience designed to help women leaders translate insight into action.

Women leaders are still being asked to carry more than their share of the burden—while also being expected to lead with confidence, visibility, and consistent results. CMP’s Women’s Leadership Pulse Check shows that workload strain, communication pressure, uneven sponsorship, and the ongoing tension between self-trust and external validation are among the forces shaping women’s leadership experience today. In this featured session, Brad and David will explore how the ideas in Fair Share can help leaders challenge outdated norms and rethink the workplace conditions that influence advancement, sustainability, and long-term leadership success.
We’re curating a lineup of leaders and HR partners who will bring the data to life.
