Position: Architectural Project Management

Location: Kansas City, MO

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager for a client in Kansas City that offers a collaborative small firm environment. We are looking for a creative, well rounded designer with a passion for learning. The ideal candidate must have excellent design and communication skills, be detailed oriented, and selfmotivated.

Essential Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes, and serve as primary client contact.
Lead, and coordinate with, consultant teams.
Direct the preparation of design and construction documents.
Make critical decisions related to design and team management.
Establish and oversee project schedules and budget.

Job Requirements

7+ years of experience.
An accredited bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
A commanding knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite programs.
Architectural license is a plus.
