SENIOR EXECUTIVE CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM- TWELVE MONTHS

Highly custom-designed program for Senior Executives, “C” level Executives and Officers.



EXECUTIVE CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM- SIX MONTHS

Program for Vice Presidents and Directors.  All meetings are one-on-one with senior consultant.



PROFESSIONAL CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM-THREE MONTHS

Program for managers, senior managers and individual contributors. All meetings are one-on-one with senior consultant.



CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM-ONE MONTH

Program for non-exempt and staff employees. All meetings are one-on-one with senior consultant.


GROUP PROGRAM-TWO DAY WORKSHOP

Led by a senior consultant, these highly interactive workshops prepare participants for rapid entry into their job search campaigns.

The workshops are customized for the groups. We like to know as much as possible about the participants beforehand to adapt the training for the individualized needs. Each participant receives a workbook and other reference materials.

Programs are held at our offices in Richardson, but can be held at other locations.

Recommended Option:

Our one-month Career Transition Program is a highly valued option designed to supplement the two-day workshop. These one-on-one meetings allow for private help with key job search issues.
