• Respects the importance for privacy and confidentiality when reorganizations, acquisitions, downsizings, employee releases and promotions are being discussed.


• Does not take advantage, including financial, of any information resulting from our professional relationship with clients, nor will we provide the basis on which others might take such advantage.


• Does not solicit employees of clients for employment.


• Before accepting an assignment, seeks sufficient information regarding person(s) affected, perceived problems, and likely outcomes of the assignment.


• Does not serve a client under conditions that may impair independence and professional standards.


• Assumes an objective, third-party position at all times.


• Does not promise any benefits at the expense of our professional standards.


• Charges professional fees based upon nature of services programs offered.
